Register

You can register for free on carvelo2go. Please click on REGISTER at the top right or install our carvelo2go application to create a profile :

How does carvelo2go work?

You want to get to your destination quickly, cheaply and in an environmentally friendly manner and need an electric cargo bike or “Carvelo” to do it? Use our Smartphone App or this website to see the available cargo bikes in your area.

Simply register

Search for Carvelos

Use the website or our carevelo2go app to see the available bikes nearby. Choose the one you like and rent it.

Pick up and go

Pick up the booked Carvelo from the host, show your ID and you are ready to go.

Return your Carvelo

Return your Carvelo to the host on time and make sure that the bike is in the same condition as when you picked it up.

We follow the most recent recommendations of the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) and would like to ask you to do the same. For the safety of all, remember to wash or disinfect your hands thoroughly before and after the ride. Clean the gear shifters, the on-board computer, the saddle and the battery before you return the bike to the host. We thank you for your cooperation!

Respect & Fairness

Return your Carvelo clean and in the same condition as when rented! Do not forget to take the key out of the lock while riding! At the beginning of the rental period, check that the bike is clean and report any damage immediately by calling 058 827 34 14 or in writing to info@carvelo2go.ch. Otherwise, you may be held liable for the unreported damage. You are financially responsible for any damage that you cause to the vehicle during the rental period. You must remove any clearly visible and self-caused soiling yourself.
